REFUND POLICY
Full Priced Items
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis due to Covid 19. If your item was received damaged please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item at KANDREASCUSTSERV@OUTLOOK.COM with pictures for a replacement item that is equal value. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Sales and Promo Codes
**We do not offer any exchanges or returns on sale items or items purchased with a promo code or at a discounted rate, all items are sold as is.**
Shipping
We are not responsible for; undeliverable packages, packages not being delivered because of an incorrect address, we are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
U.S. Customers
If you would like to inquire about an exchange it must be done within five days of customer receiving their merchandise no exceptions.
If you would like to exchange your full priced purchased item, your new selection must be equal or lesser value of your original purchase .
Each exchange must be approved by K.Andrea's customer service. We are only able to offer what is available on the website. New arrivals released within the last 7 days are not available for the exchange. WE DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES. Exchanges are approved on a case by case.
You are responsible for purchasing all shipping labels for your exchange, we do not provide shipping for exchanges.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that they were received, if the item is worn or damaged an exchange will not be granted. Also there are no exchanges on items considered undergarments (ex:Bodysuits) or mesh items.
We require that all exchanges are sent within five days. If this is done later than the five day window, we will not honor the exchange.
Once received and approved by customer service exchanges have a processing time of up to 7-14 business days plus shipping time. If this needs to be expedited please contact customer service at kandreascustserv@outlook.com for an approval.

We understand that our policies may not coincide with PayPals policies, however, we do ask that our policies are taken note of BEFORE a purchase is made and respected.

International Customers:
In order to exchange, you must pay for shipping back to us and for us to ship you the new items. We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages or packages getting held at customs.
